In accordance with
the requirements of "optimization of further development of production
process, promotion of lean production management in the assembly line, and
setting a benchmark for other industries in the optimization of production
process", one of Steel Structure Division of CSSC. took advantage of the
short production gap period to organize relevant personnel and engineers from
Fengwei Machinery begin partial re-optimization of 8 manufacturing process of
wind towers, as well as restart the maintenance and "replacement" of
all production equipment on the production line. So far, optimization process
has been completed, and a bright new wind tower manufacturing line workshop has
been displayed in front of all employees (please review the picture).
In order to
organize the planning of production line re-optimization and equipment
refurbishment work, the company's steel structure business department held
several special meetings to discuss the feasibility and implementation methods
of the plan, and finally determined that the main projects are: blasting room
ground track slotting, new 256 pieces of embedded parts and ground steel plates
were re-paved, the paint room was thoroughly cleaned and the related facilities
were partially repaired, the old workshop was replaced with two translucent
panels in the north and south, and the two single-section barrel storage areas
in the east and west were rearranged in an optimized manner, Special equipment
for wind tower production is partially adjusted according to the lean
management requirements of the assembly line, more than 200 types of equipment are
fully maintained and precision checked, and 133 special operations equipment
for wind tower manufacturing, such as column and boom manipulator and tank turning roll,
are used for surface painting, technical maintenance and replacement of control
box, etc. With the close cooperation with Fengwei Machinery, the entire wind
tower production process re-optimization and equipment refurbishment project
was completed in less than half a month, which won valuable time for the
company to start the early batch of wind tower order projects. In the process
of project implementation, the business department adheres to the principles of
conservation-oriented, cost controllable, and optimal results.
The implementation
of wind tower manufacturing process re-optimization and equipment refurbishment
has laid a solid foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of CSSC
wind tower manufacturing, promoting lean production, enhancing customer
satisfaction and meeting the needs of high-end customers, providing facilities
for achieving the annual target guarantee.
